Check-out time is 12noon. After 12.30pm – 2pm attracts 50% and after 3pm full rate.

Kindly deposit or transfer money to the hotel account number after booking your room reservation, screenshot your payment detail and send us via email or through official WhatsApp lines. All payments must be made to this account number: GT Bank, A/C Name: Tracy Hotels Limited, A/C Number: 0109520075.

Note No refund of money after payment, but rather kept as reservation whenever you come back.

Customers are not allowed to be more than two (2) in a room and they are to deposit their key at the reception desk before leaving the hotel premises.
